Skirt
Row 1: With aqua, ch 51, dc in 4th
ch from hook, 2 dc in each ch
across, turn (96 dc).

Row 2: Ch 3, skip next 2 sts, (shell
in next st, skip next 3 sts) 23
times, 3 dc in last st, do not turn,
