Today’s planned adult lifestyle communities offer golf enthusiasts the opportunity
to purchase the home of their dreams just a
chip shot away from the green.
There are many factors that motivate people to buy a property on a golf course. Real
estate investors see the potential for capital
appreciation that will likely far exceed the
