Although clever development and accurate dimensioning of mechanical components in func on of the
intended use and capacity have always been a strong point at DHOLLANDIA, some of the li s shown at
the IAA bring a revolu on in the tail li market, and feature proper weights that are very a rac ve in
comparison to the tail li averages.
2– Maximum safety for the driver, and unrivalled long‐term reliability of the equipment
in heavy duty use
DHOLLANDIA li s are o en used in very harsh and brutal environments, in extreme climate condi ons,
and in any part of the world that might, but o en might not have access to fast and professional service.
That is why our li s con nue to be developed with reliability and intelligent simplicity in mind.
Also, the safety of the operator (and poten al by‐standees in traffic) is gaining fast growing interest.
Hence, DHOLLANDIA has invested strongly in flexible, heavy‐duty safety rail systems, where needed
adjusted to allow side loading / unloading; special pla orm coa ngs combining the best of an ‐slip and
sound‐dampening (PIEK) characteris cs; and pla orm locking mechanisms to provide maximum safety on
the road under the LOAD SECURITY CODE XL legisla on.

ZINC finish ‐ give corrosion no chance
Until recently, all DHOLLANDIA lifts were treated with
Protection PLUS. This state‐of‐the‐art finish combines
innovative technologies such as 3‐kation zinc phosphate, KTL
epoxy electro coat and polyester powder coat, to raise the
quality and corrosion protection of DHOLLANDIA lifts to a
level well above the average in the tail lift industry.
Today, following the footsteps of numerous body builders
and trailer manufacturers, DHOLLANDIA has chosen to
aim for the highest possible finish quality, and to offer hot‐
dip zinc plating on the majority of lift products.
The hot‐dip zinc plating will be marketed as STANDARD on a
wide range of lift types, and offered as an option on the ones
that keep Protection PLUS as default finish.
Zinc offers a physical and a electro‐chemical protection of
steel. At a temperature of 450°, the melted zinc goes into a
metallurgical bond with the steel substrate, forming zinc‐iron
alloys that leave no chance to corrosion. These alloys benefit
from a higher hardness than steel itself, and guarantee an
increased firmness to resist shocks and wear. Moreover,
exposure to the atmosphere leads to the formation of a zinc
patina, and creates an impermeable layer that offers
unrivalled protection against corrosion.

Strive for extra PAY‐LOAD
Body rear frame and hydraulic tail li combined into 1 single component!
The commercial vehicle industry is searching continuously for
techniques and methods to make vehicles lighter, and maximize
their pay‐load. Taking into account its position in the overhang
behind the rear axle, the proper weight of a tail lift can be of major
influence.
Simultaneously, the body building industry is increasingly eager to
obtain quick‐fit solutions, readily adjusted to suit their particular
bodies and manufacturing requirements, and needing a minimum of
specialised labour for the installation.
DHOLLANDIA’s new column lift type DH‐VOCS.07.K1 forms the
perfect answer to both issues. Whereas conventional tail lifts are
mounted to an existing rear frame (column lifts), or mounted to the
chassis of a vehicle with a regular body (cantilever lifts, slider lifts,…),
this new solution merges the rear frame of the body and the tail lift
itself into one single component.
The unit consists of a lift with capacities ranging from 500‐750 kg, a
light weight aluminium platform of 1200‐1600 mm deep, and a top‐
hatch operated by gas springs in honey comb material. This product
enables DHOLLANDIA to offer the lightest tail lift in the 3.5‐7.5 T
GVW range.
The KPI’s in a shortlist:
Minimum weight / Maximum pay‐load: just 185 kg (1) proper
weight for the tail lift + top hatch + body rear frame !
No rear frame required = save weight, save money!
Mounting fine‐tuned with the body‐builder’s requirements,
allowing short fitting times with a minimum of specialised labour

Joined to the body panels, this solution is independent of any
chassis constraints (overhang, spring hanger,…)

Light li for van chassis
Light high‐performance 4‐cylinder li DH‐LMQ now adapted for special van chassis
5 years ago, DHOLLANDIA introduced the DH‐LMQ
technology, a pla orm of very stable 4 cylinders li s
without main cross tube between the le & right chassis
beams.
This new concept offered superior stability in
comparison to compe ng 2‐cylinder models in the 500‐
1000 kg capacity range, it allowed to save significant
weight in comparison to the conven onal 4‐cylinder li s
in the DHOLLANDIA program, and to leave the spare
wheel of the vehicle in its original posi on.
Where the ini al DH‐LMQ.10 was only suitable for
regular C‐shaped chassis (Iveco Daily, light commercial
trucks from 7.5T onwards,…), the new model comes with
custom‐made adap on kits to mount it on the special
chassis of the majority of vehicles in the 3.5T+ range (kits
adapted to wheelbase and overhang of Merdedes
Sprinters, Renault Master, Volkswagen LT, Ford Transit
etc...).

DH‐LM.15 ● 1000‐1500 kg light weight transi on can lever model between LM.10 and LM.20
The DH‐LM.15 forms the missing link between 1000 and 2000 kg capacity li s. It is considerably lighter and requires
less overhang than the DH‐LM.20; stronger and more robust than the DH‐LM.10. Hence it is the ideal weight saving
li for medium capacity trucks of 7.5 to 12T GVW, and is recommended as the be er alterna ve for the DH‐LM.10
and DH‐LMQ.10 with long 850 mm arms, or 1000 kg pla orms above 1600 mm.
The DH‐LM.15 replaces the DH‐LMQ.15 from 2012 onwards. Contrary to this DH‐LMQ.15, the moun ng plates of
the new li are bolt‐on, and fully adjustable in width.

DH‐LM.30 ● 1500‐3000 kg powerful, robust can lever li for the intensive distribu on
The can lever li DH‐LM.30 is a powerful li for intensive, heavy duty tasks and “hos le environment”
circumstances. It is ideal for the most demanding applica ons in the regular transport business, such as
supermarket & food distribu on. The robust frame with reinforced ar cula on pins and larger cylinders is
primarily designed for li capaci es of 2500 to 3000 kg, but is also available as upgraded 1500‐2000 kg version.
When equipped with a longer pla orm (2300 up to ... 3000+ mm), the DH‐LM.30 can easily form the rear closure of
the vehicle body.
The li shown at the IAA puts strong emphasis on 2 subjects:
Safety, safety rails, and on the solu ons that DHOLLANDIA offers in order to reduce the risk of drivers falling
off the pla orm.

DH‐SM.15 ● 1000‐1500 kg light 4‐cylinder slider li with single fold pla orm
The DH‐SM.15 is the lightest of the conven onal slider li s with single fold pla orms. It is equipped with a
compact li frame and short li arms, in order to minimize the required overhang, and forms an ideal fi t for light
and medium capacity trucks of 7.5 to 12T GVW.
In it’s travel posi on, the DH‐SM.15 is safely stored underneath the chassis of the vehicle. It is ideal for frequent
fork li and dock loading opera ons, for demountable bodies, for occasional use, and all applica ons requiring
quick and free access to the cargo space.

DH‐P2 ● 500‐750 kg safe & reliable interior li with 2 li arms
The DH‐P2 is a fully automa c linear li , suitable for moun ng inside
the loading space of the vehicle. It can be mounted at the rear doors
or side doors of the vehicle body.
With a max. floor height of 900mm and 450 kg li capacity, the DH‐
P2.03 used to be limited to Mul Passenger vehicles and vans. In its
new configura on, the DH‐P2.07 is capable to of li ing 750kg up to a
max. floor of 1150mm, thus increasing the field of applica on to a
much wider range of commercial vehicles.
The construc on with 2 li arms provides maximum pla orm
stability. The pla orm is flat, so that goods, such as roll‐cages, white
& brown goods, small machinery,…, can be loaded with minimal
effort.
