9th European Banquet of Student's Traditions
– Saturday,November 9th 2013 –

The student association Amicale des Faluchards Alsaciens welcomes you to its
eighth European banquet of student’s traditions, an event organized to bring together
students from different countries in Europe around their own traditions.
From this perspective, several activities such as a visit of the city of Strasbourg but
especially a meal at the Palais des Fêtes are organized in order to strike up lasting
friendships between students from different countries.
Therefore, we invite you to share not only our different traditions but also our good
mood. This year, the honored country will be Finland.

Programme
Friday, November 8th:
Different parties for people coming earlier
 Europakneipe by the Robert Schuman Argentorata
 Afa’s Welcome Party
Information related to the conduct of parties will be provided later

Saturday,November 9th:
 12pm: reception and Repas des pays, a lunchtime where specialties from
everywhere are welcomed.
Le lieu exacte sera également précisez ultérieurement

Repas des pays: a very simple concept, everyone brings specialties from his own
country in order to introduce people to them and share them in a good mood. That’s
why we invite you to bring one or more traditional meals, as far as possible for you.
 2pm : you have the choice between
- Cultural visit of the city of Strasbourg
- Debate on the different student headgears present.
 6pm : reception and aperitif at l’Espace le 23 Rue du Lazaret – 67100
Strasbourg, follow by a dinner.
 10:30pm : party !

Conditions


Friday parties are independent, please precise your choice on the Form Banquet Activities



Price from Saturday noon to Sunday morning: 50 € per person



Accommodation: provided for all participants, at the hotel (extra 10 € / night) or
at people’s home, subject to availability.
Cf: Form - Housing Banquet



Dress code for Saturday night :
- Male : suit and tie or traditional costume;
- Female : formal or traditional costume.

The Association reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone
wearing an extravagant outfit

Payment


Bank account details (please contact the responsible Registration)

The finale registration won’t be considered until reception of the following documents:
 Pré-Registration Form completed ;
 Accomodation, Transport and Activites Form filled ;
 Signed affidavit
 For French people: 200€ surety cheque (for the eventual degradations) ;
 Banquet’s payment

ENTRIES WILL BE SORTED BY DATE OF RECORDING INTERNET AND
TRADITION. IF AFTER 15 DAYS, THE DOCUMENTS ARE NOT ARRIVED, YOU
LOSE THE PRIORITY.

committed by or against the personal affairs of the latter.
I am informed that in case of abnormal behaviour or any deliberate act of aggression
or worse, I expose myself to criminal and monetary prosecution that the organisation
