Stole Instructions
Beginning Border
Cast on 91 sts loosely.
Work 6 rows for a garter stitch border
as follows: sl 1 wyif, k to end. (3 ridges
completed)
Main Section
Using either the written or charted stitch
pattern instructions, work as follows:
Beginning of Main Section
Work rows 1 - 4 once.
Repeated Portion of Main Section
Repeat rows 5 - 40 fourteen times.
End of Main Section
Work rows 41 - 67 once.
Ending Border
Work 6 rows as for Beginning Border.
Bind off loosely.
Finishing
Weave in all ends invisibly.
Soak in cool water and mild detergent, then
rinse and gently squeeze out extra moisture.
Lay flat on blocking surface. Pin out under
tension to shape and measurements. Let dry
completely before removing from drying
surface.
