Abstract
Being given the importance of the socio cultural dimension in tourism and its prevalent relational character
relations between groups and individuals relationships with the tourist resources and the nature on the one
hand and considering the evolution of the irresponsible tourist practices on a world level supplied by the
"implications of the globalization" on the other hand the tourism ethics research has remarkably developed
during the past three decades Within this framework of reflection on " responsible tourism " several charters
were appeared most notable of which was the global code of ethics for tourism WTO However this
world code in spite of its directing importance it is only catalog of general guidance intended for all
peoples and all cultures which necessitates serious thinking about a specific code for the Moslim societies
This work is an attempt in this direction
