1) With After effect or Premiere pro (or another software which one you can cut a scene picture
by picture), choose the scene you want make a gif of.
2) Open Photoshop.
3) Screenshot and paste each picture in a new document Photoshop.
4) Once you have all pictures for you scene, select animation in tab window.

5) You have this :

6) Shift like this : (and so on)

7) Once you did for all the calque, click here
8) You obtain this (usually there are more pictures)

9) Choose the time you want for each picture (0,1 as for me). Select always instead of once. (une
fois on the picture)
10) Now you just have to crop the picture :

11) Once you did it, you just have to save for the web (alt+maj+ctrl+s)

12) Choose parameters as you want, don’t forget tumblr doesn’t accept gifs heavier than 2 Mo.
13) Save, and you have your gif! 
