near the Atlantic Ocean in Gabon, a continuation of slavery?
By OBAME Flore
Phd student in public law
Abstract
Looking for many definitions, slave is a
bad 1 condition which a person is a
property of another one. The first person
shall be worked very hard without
freedom2 for the Second. The first human
being shall be reduced as a thing. But,
other forms of slavery exist actually on
Atlantic Ocean. Habitual crimes of
children are practiced near the Atlantic
Ocean in Gabon. Children are scarified by
certain animists, but the autochthones
people accuse the politic 3 who easily get
up the power without credit, illegitimately.
Gabonese Senate seat has waived a
senator’s immunity 4 who had to ordered
child cruelty crime to defendant of
criminal trial. But, the rituals children’s

liability, French teachers freemasonry
liability, NGO, Gabonese-Constitution’s
Preamble, the Universal Human Rights.
Introduction
The Gabonese politics are accused to use
animism added with freemasonry practice
by the word «sacrifice» learned by French
freemasonry. But French freemasonry say
usually “there is not sacrifice in French
freemasonry”. But NGO are not agreeing
with this last sentence, in fact the French
teachers freemasonry come usually to
Gabon enthrone Gabonese students
freemasonry.
Children’s poaching continues in Gabon.
So, about association law, freedom
association law of first (1st) July 1901, the
freemasonry should be defined as
association, so a group, a team with
teachers and students.
So, their liability is incurred in,
autochthone peoples of Gabon and NGO’s
opinion. The article 1384 of civil French
Code5 founds this liability.
So, reading this Act ;
« Les maîtres et les commettants, du
dommage causé par leurs domestiques et
préposés dans les fonctions auxquelles ils
les ont employés ;

5

Civil french Code.

2
Les instituteurs et les artisans, du
dommage causé par leurs élèves et
apprentis pendant le temps qu'ils sont sous
leur surveillance. » ;
Should the French freemansonry teachers
encurred their liability
about their
Gabonese freemansonry students’ children
crime in Gabon ? .
Now therefore, it is hereby agreed as
follows:
This hard current is a fact which slave
should be performed a slave contract or
agreement. The inhuman pain is finally
subjective pain.
Then, thinking as Christiane TAUBIRA 6 ,
by:

l’Homme et du Citoyen of 1789 7 . Other
positive legal text can be given, for
example another say “la Déclaration
Universelle des Droits de l’Homme of ten
December 19488,
its act four essentially states that : "No one
shall be held in slavery or servitude;
slavery and the slave trade shall be
prohibited in all their forms". En effet :
« Nul ne sera tenu en esclavage ni en
servitude; l'esclavage et la traite des
esclaves sont interdits sous toutes leurs
formes».
And its act five provides that, i quote :
« Nul ne sera soumis à la torture, ni à des
peines ou traitements cruels, inhumains ou
dégradants ».

-unjustness,

So: "No one shall be subjected to torture or
to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment
or punishment".

-inhuman treatment,

What does say case law, jurisprudence?

- abuse;

What does say people?

slavery was and is subjective?.

What do say political representatives?

So, how appease the spirits of slave
descendants? How should martyrs’ or
victims’ family get justice?.

What is United Nations International
Children's Emergency Fund doing
actually for victim children?

There are a lot informations about indirect
and direct causes of slavery in a distant
country but:

What does say museum?

-Human’s suffering,

How are slave descendants represented in a
State today?

What does say the law about slavery?
The slavery was institutes negatively by
Black Code, say “Code noir”. But, it had
been instituted positively abolished by the
law say “ la Déclaration des Droits de

Actually the civilized society, the civilized
world, should save the lives of children.
Then,
Gabonese Constitution,
The Universal Declaration of Human
