RULES ENGLISH VERSION – NETATMO PRIZE DRAW
The promoter
The promoter of this Prize Draw is Netatmo, 93 rue Nationale, 92100 Boulogne Billancourt, France
registered on the Nanterre trade and companies register under number 532 501 848. Netatmo
is holding a free contest with no purchase necessary from 17th May 11 a.m. until 19th May 5 p.m. in
accordance with the following rules.
The Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook.

Condition of participation
This Prize Draw is open to any person who is aged 13 or over. You can only participate once for the
entire duration of the contest. By participating in this game, candidates automatically agree to be
bound by the terms of these rules.

The price
The winner of the game « Welcome on TV! » will receive the following prize:


1 Netatmo Welcome (indoor security camera with face recognition), valued at 199€ on the
16th May on the website: www.netatmo.com

Under no circumstance is the winner entitled to lodge any dispute or challenge of any nature
whatsoever or to convert the prize for its exchange value in any manner, or to substitute or exchange
it for any reason whatsoever.
The promoter does not assume any liability that may occur due to the use of the product.

Modification date of Game
The promoter cannot be held responsible for cancelling, shortening, extending or modifying the
contest's conditions for any reasons.

Designation of the winner by lucky dip
There will be one winner of the game.
The winner will be chosen amongst all participants having completed the 3 following actions:
