Moroccan Association of Governance and Decision Making is organizing the International
Conference on Business & Management in Marrakech-Morocco scheduled during November
2016.
The Conference is looking for exploring and illuminating all aspects of business & management
including all fields of research: Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Human Resource Management,
Entrepreneurship, Logistics, Business Law and Business Education, and Statistics
The aim of our conference is to be among the most successful ones in North-Africa and we seek to
have the interest of scholars, practitioners and researchers from all over the world to nurture and
to develop the debates around business and management.

(ICBMM), Marrakech 2016. I am really honored by your presence and the trust you have placed
in our association. I believe that over the next few days we will built some strong and
meaningful friendships. For some participants this conference will be their first experience, and I
hope it will be rich and will meet your expectations, whilst I am pleased to see that we are also
welcoming a number of researchers who have participated in our conferences before and it is a
real joy to see you again.
It is our earnest wish that all participants will feel fully engaged, every ready to ask searching,
yet constructive questions and eager to learn.
Marrakech give us the opportunity to gather in the one of the most charming cities on the globe,
a place of exchanging idea, dynamism and memorable experience. As a great metropolis, it is a
place of contracts, of extraordinary wealth and achievement. I trust that you will take away a
wealth of positive memories and gain new insights thanks to the research and endeavors of

How to Reach the Conference Venue

The 3rd Business Research Conference is being held at Royal Mirage deluxe Hotel
Marrakech which is 15 minutes away from Marrakech International Airport. You can
take a taxi and go to your hotel or directly come to the conference venue from the
Airport. Taxis in Marrakech run on meter and are very safe for travel. Please use the
marked taxis only.
The hotel is also conveniently located in the city Centre, for more information please
check the Hotel website at http://www.royalmiragedeluxe.com/


How to Complete Registration?

When you reach the hotel, please proceed to the conference rooms. The registration desk
will be located outside conference room. If you cannot find the room, please ask the
Hotel Reception Desk to direct you for the conference room.
Please report either to Dr. Hanane Alioua and/or Dr zenajri Amine for your
registration. If you have already fully paid for the registration, you will receive a
participant kit, which will contain the following items:
- Your Name Tag
- Payment Receipt
- Participant Certificate (please note that only attending authors will receive a
participant certificate for ethical reasons, Co-authors will not receive this certificate
unless they pay for registration and attend the conference.
- Conference Program
If you have not yet paid your registration fees, please complete your cash payment on
arrival. We do not accept any other mode of payment except cash in American dollars or
Moroccan Dirhams.
(we will NOT accept any other currencies) and please bring exact money as no change
will be given there and hope you will not negotiate with us for other mode of payment
such as bank check or credit cards. Please collect your kit, which will contain all of the
abovementioned materials.
The name badge is required for all participants/spouse/guests to participate in all
sessions/events, refreshments, buffet lunch, receptions, tea/coffee breaks and dinner.


Presentation Rooms and Conference Secretariat

We will be using two rooms on Thursday 24 November called L’ORANGER and IWAN.
There will be signs posted to help you locate the rooms and the conference secretariat
but if you are still unable to locate us please ask the hotel reception about where
L’ORANGER room is for conferences.


What You Should Bring Along For Your Presentation
Obligatory:

Please print out at least one copy of your full paper and hand it to the chair of the
session at the beginning of your presentation.
Each author will have about 10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions
and discussion. We suggest you to spend less time (not more than 3 minutes) on
introduction and literature review sections of your paper. Please focus and spend more
time (the remaining 8 minutes) on your model, data, result analysis/findings and
significance or implication of your research.
Every room has laptop computer and please bring your USB stick for power-point
presentation. However, this measure is just for security purposes.
We highly recommend that you carry your USB with you at all times and not put it with
your unaccompanied luggage and email the presentation to yourself. You should save
your presentation on a USB stick as well.
Please note that we do not offer any internet access at the conference venue. However,
you may obtain WIFI password from the reception desk of the hotel which may be
available at extra cost which is payable by you.
Coffee Break and Lunch?
Lunches and coffee Breaks in the morning and afternoon will be served inside the Hotel
Hall reserved for the conference. Lunch will be provided at the Hotel restaurant located
on the same Floor. We will have a reserved section for seating in the restaurant for our
conference Participants. When entering the restaurant, please show your conference
name tag or you may mention the conference name, to our representative who will be
standing at the front of the restaurant. Please take note that this is a buffet lunch with
selection of many different foods catered to all. The area is a smoke-free environment
and please respect this requirement.
