I think that the system of magic should be to modify as follows, every army should have 1 and 1 only Path of his own.
Before use this document, the Vermin Swarm Army and List of Common Magical Items must be modify:

Vermin Swarm Army
Other Equipment:
Remove "Dark Shard".
Magical Items:
Eye of the Storm (40 pts)
Type: Halberd. When the bearer casts Black Lightning
from Path of Vermin, add +2 hits to the Target of the spell.

Icon of Ruin (50 pts)
Any enemy wishing to dispel an "Blessing of Ruin" that
has targeted the bearer’s unit suffers a -2 modifier to the
Dispel Attempt against that spell.

Army List:
- Vermin Daemon generates spells from Path of Vermin and remove "3 Dark Shards (See Armoury)" Schemer bonus.
- Magister generates spells from Path of Vermin and remove "May take 2 Dark Shards", "become Plague Patriarch"
options.
- Rakachit Machinist change "Aether Turbine" for :
The Rakachit Machinist can cast three Bound Spells (Power Level 4) from Path of Vermin, each once per magic phase:
- Black Lightning.
- Breath of Dark Shard.
- Crackling Blades.
- Plague Prophet change profil (see belove), remove "May become a Wizard Apprentice", "May take 2 Dark Shards"
and all "Magic Options" for:

Dark Shard Addiction: Once of each magic phase, the Wizard may use this rule when casting a non-bound spell
(declare usage before rolling any Magic Dice). Any Dispel Attempt this phase against this spell will have its dispel roll
reduced by D3. If a natural ‘1’ is rolled, the Wizard using this rule suffers 1 hit with Toxic Attacks.
