workout session or been outside in the sun your skin is going to be
covered in sweat. Don't let the sweat dry on your skin but instead, you
should wash your skin right after sweating or at least as soon as
possible. The fourth bad habit is picking at your skin and popping your
pimples.
While it could be hard to resist to pick or pop your pimples, doing this
can cause cause redness from squeezing the pus deeper into the skin
and at times they turn into scars. The last bad habit is skipping
shampoo. If you have oily hair, that oil in your hair can go down onto
your face which can cause pimples. You have to make sure you wash
your hair every day to keep the excess oil off of your forehead, face and
