A first in Quebec

Project display:

CVidéo is a new, modern and original concept that enhances the traditional recruitment process, and allows
job seekers to address recruiters directly through a video resume, valuing their profile and skills in a very limited
time, from so as to arouse the interest of employers and make them want to meet them.

How:
Candidates must pre-register for the event online on Eventbrite. Once on site, the order of passage will be
programmed on a first-come, first-served basis. The presentations of the candidates will be filmed on the spot;
the video capsules will be ready a few days after the closing of the event.
Jury:
The CVideo Space will be chaired by a jury which will be in charge of assessing the performances of the
candidates and defining the best ones.
Prize to be won:
To encourage candidates who have delivered the best presentations, the SIIP offers the best candidates an
encouraging price.
Publication of video capsules:
The distribution of the CVideos will be done via our following platforms:

CONTRACT AND LEGAL NOTICES
Business hours
The Palais des congrès de Montréal will open its doors to exhibitors on February 5th from 1 pm to 8 pm and on February 7th from 8 am to 10 am. All
exhibitors with all their materials must leave the hall on February 7th before 9pm
Payment terms
Payment is required as follows:
1- At the contract engagements, 50% of the total amount must be paid to the Promoter (Hereafter, L'Excellence Évènements). The other half will have to
be paid, at the latest, 30 days before the show, on January 6, 2019.
2- The two official payment methods are: check and bank transfer. Please note that credit card payment is accepted only in the event of a payment default
(see point 6 of the Terms of Payment for details). The Exhibitor will be charged a $ 100 fee for any NSF check and a $ 25 bank transfer fee (to cover the bank
transfer fee). Payment by check must be made in the name of the Promoter and mailed to the following address: 506 - 1030 Cherrier Street, Montreal,
Quebec, H2L 1H9
3- For contracts signed between January 6 and February 5, 2019, less than 30 days before the opening of the Show (hereinafter, the event), payment of the
total amount is required. The reservation of the space (s) chosen (s) is not guaranteed until full payment is received.
4- In all circumstances, the total payment of the invoice must be made no later than February 5, 2019, the day before the opening of the Show. During the
Show, no Exhibitor will be allowed to unload his equipment or access his stand, until he / she has paid all the amounts due to the Promoter AND only
certified checks will be accepted as a method of payment. The expenses related to the preparation of stands are the responsibility of the Exhibitor.
5- Failure to pay: As of February 6, 2019 (the opening day of the Show), any amount owed by the Exhibitor to the Promoter will be considered as a default.
Depending on the case, a default in payment may be interpreted by the Promoter as a refusal of payment by the Exhibitor and will be treated as such.
6- Authorization of payment by credit card for outstanding balance: In case of default of payment AND if the Exhibitor did not notify the Promoter in
writing before February 5, 2018 that his payment would be late AND if no other date of payment has been agreed in advance with the Promoter, the
Exhibitor authorizes the Promoter to apply any balance due as of February 7, 2019, plus a $ 50 late fee (plus applicable taxes), on the credit card. Exhibitor
(VISA or MasterCard) whose information was provided by the Exhibitor at the signing of this contract. Credit card payments are only allowed to process
outstanding balances, unless otherwise stipulated.
7- Administrative late fees: In case of default of payment AND if the Exhibitor has not provided the information required for authorization of payment by
credit card at the signing of this contract, a late fee of 100 $ will be added to any balance owing as of February 7, 2018. To avoid late fees: If the Exhibitor
cannot make payment as described above, he must immediately notify Promoter in writing AND agree with of a new payment date. If payment is not
received at the new agreed date, late fees as described above will be added to any balance due as at February 6, 2019.
8- Responsibility for legal fees and recovery in case of non-payment:
If the Promoter is required to take legal action to recover any outstanding payments, the Exhibitor agrees to pay all legal costs (collection costs, legal fees,
court fees) incurred by the Promoter.
Cancellation by the Promoter
If the promoter declares the cancellation of the show before June 30 (whether imposed or not), the registration fee will be refunded in full to the profits
of the exhibitors. In the event that an unforeseen event beyond the Promoter's control interrupts or prevents the Fair from being held, a refundable portion
will be calculated equitably by the Promoter so that expenses already incurred by the Promoter are covered. It is understood that the Promoter cannot
be held responsible for damages caused by such an event. In no event shall the Promoter (including, as the case may be, its partners as well as its
shareholders, officers, executives, employees, collaborators and subcontractors) be held liable to the Exhibitor or to third parties of any indirect, incidental,
special, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to any loss of profit or other economic loss (as a result of contractual fault, other tort or
negligence) even if the Promoter has warned of the possibility of such damage. In no event may the Promoter's total liability to the Exhibitor exceed the
value of the amounts received by the Promoter and paid by the Exhibitor. The Exhibitor expressly releases the Promoter from any liability beyond this limit.
Admission of exhibitors
The Exhibitor must complete and sign the registration form, which form must be accompanied by a payment as described in the Terms of Payment of this
contract, so that his application is studied. The Promoter reserves the right not to admit certain exhibitors or exhibition products without having to indicate
the reason for its decision. The Exhibitor whose application has been rejected cannot claim compensation. In this case, only the sums paid by the Exhibitor
will be refunded. The distribution of locations will be established by the Promoter. Location and / or surface modifications may be made later by the Promoter.
Exhibitors are expressly prohibited from assigning or subletting, for remuneration or free of charge, all or part of the site allocated without the Promoter's
permission. All Exhibitors must complete, sign and timely deliver this contract. By signing the present contract, the Exhibitor agrees to acknowledge the
conditions, regulations and technical guidelines set out in the participation documents. The Exhibitor's contract as well as the reservation becomes a contract
as soon as the Promoter sees that the request is firm and final. In the event of a previous agreement, this lease cancels and replaces any previous declaration,
negotiation or agreement, oral or written. This represents the only agreement between the Exhibitor and the Promoter. The modification of this contract can
only be done in writing. Any changes must be signed by all parties. All deadlines mentioned in this rental agreement are required.
Accreditations
The badges will be available at the registration desk on the first day of the Fair, February 6, 2019. They are given to delegates, exhibitors, members of the
press, as well as to any other person called upon to work for the event. 'Event. They are permanent and non-transferable.
Entire agreement
No representation, representation, promise or condition contained in the exhibition description document may and should not be admitted to
contradict, modify or in any way affect the Promoter.
Cancellation by the Exhibitor
Any cancellation before January 6, 2019 will automatically result in a 50% loss of the total amount of the contract. Any cancellation from 6 January 2019
automatically entails a loss of 100% of the total amount of the contract.
Prohibition
It is strictly forbidden to smoke and bring animals, except guide dogs, according to the internal policy of the Palais des congrès de Montréal. Under no
circumstances are Exhibitors allowed to eat during the presentation of their stand. However, booths offering a tasting service will have a special
authorization by the Promoter to respect the internal policy of the Palais des congrès de Montréal. In case of violation of the security regulations, a penalty
may be required by the Promoter to which will be added an administrative fee of 15%.
Insurance and civil liability
The Promoter has taken out Civil Liability insurance in its capacity as organizer of the Salon of which it assumes the realization. This responsibility cannot
in any way extend to damage caused by third parties to Exhibitors and visitors. However, the Exhibitor must take all the necessary measures to protect his
goods at all times during the Show. The Exhibitor must be careful and diligent; as a result, he undertakes to return the building to a state of cleanliness
and conservation of origin.
French Charter
Any exhibitor participating in the Show must respect the provisions of the Charter of the French language and the regulation on the language of trade
and business: public display, publicity material given to the public.

CONTRACT AND LEGAL NOTICES
Furnishing
The Promoter does not accept that a stand will be disassembled during the Salon's opening hours. It must remain intact until the closing time of the last
day of the Show. The Exhibitor therefore agrees to remove its stand, equipment and accessories from the Palais des congrès de Montréal during the
permitted hours of final uninstallation. In complying with these requirements, the Exhibitor agrees to return the additional sums incurred. In addition,
if the Exhibitor desires additional decoration for his stand, it is under his responsibility. However, the decoration must respect the safety regulations and it
must not go against the general plan. In the case of non-compliance, the Promoter reserves the right to remove or modify these facilities that would harm
the main idea of the Show. The Exhibitor must behave in a courteous and respectful manner regarding the rights of other exhibitors. He must ensure that
visitors to his stand do the same. To ensure a smooth running of the Show, each Exhibitor and his employees must respect the stand limits when they
wish to solicit visitors and must necessarily put their advertising posters just at the wall of funds, to allow visibility other stands. Employees or
representatives of any company or organization that is not duly registered as an Exhibitor are prohibited from any form of solicitation to exhibitors and
visitors of the Trade Fair of Integration and Professional Integration. In addition, it is strictly forbidden to distribute or display any type of offer in the lobby
of the Palais des congrès de Montréal.
Housekeeping
The Exhibitor must keep his stand in good condition and clean at all times. The cleaning of the alleys will be done at night. To help with the maintenance,
the Exhibitor may deposit his waste outside or on the edge of the aisles. In addition and if necessary, he may ask for a housekeeping of his stand and this
at his expense.
Service interruption
In the eventuality of an interruption of the supply of water or electricity, heating, lighting, air conditioning, telecommunications or any other service during
the Show, the Promoter and its suppliers disclaim any liability since it is an unforeseen event resulting from a cause beyond their control. However, the
Promoter and the Palais des congrès de Montréal are responsible for the restoration of services after the interruption. They will therefore have to exercise
due diligence.
Respect of copyright
The use of the trade-mark, the Salon brand or the logos of the Palais des congrès de Montréal and Excellence Exhibitions by the exhibitors must be
authorized by the exhibitors before any use.
Official suppliers
For all your needs in furniture, signage, graphic design, labour, supervision of the workforce, exhibition transport and customs, rental of customized stand,
material handling and installation of signs, audio-visual DEE Global is the official supplier. For your needs in plumbing, telecoms and internet, electricity,
cleaning and security, the Palais des congrès de Montréal is the official supplier. No other suppliers will be accepted at the Show, except for the official
suppliers.
Handling
The Exhibitor must at all times respect the places for the loading and unloading of stocks, which can only be done by the doors, corridors and elevators
designated by the Palais des congrès de Montréal, more precisely by the delivery platform . The PDCM will take care of deliveries made by truck. The
Exhibitor must respect the limits for heavy objects of 1,464 kg / m² for the exhibition and 488 kg / m² for the congress. Any damage caused by
non-compliance with the limits granted by the Palais des congrès de Montréal will be at the Exhibitor's expense.
Images and videos
The Promoter is authorized to take photos and videos of the entire Show, including the Exhibitor's stand and their employees, and use them for
commercial purposes.
