Hello,
The Yétis Alpe d’Huez ice hockey team have the pleasure to present you next summer tournament.
Here the informations for the next 2018 edition, which will take place from 15 till 19 August.

Date of tournament :
The tournament will begin on Wednesday, August 15th at 6:30 pm with the first group game, and will
end by the closing ceremony on Sunday, August 19th. The games will take place only in the evening,
between 6:30 pm and 10:30 pm, except Sunday when finale will happen in the morning.

Number of team :
Seven team maximum, organized in a unique group, all the teams meet one time. To attributed the
schedule of games to every teams, a drawing lots will be made from the deadline of exceeded
registration.

Game mode :
All the games will take place in 3 against 3 on all the ice (dimensions: 56 x 26 meters).
There will be group matches, quarter final, half final and final.
In case of equality, a session of penalty shoot will be made in sudden death from the 1st shooting of
every team.
Points: 2 points will be attributed to the victorious team, any point will not be attributed in case of
defeat.
The 1st ending team of the group are directly qualified in half final, 6 other teams will be play a
"quarter of final".
No contact will be authorized.

Duration of the games and ice- surfacing:
Group matches and the phases will take place at a single period of 20 minutes, time out not
deducted.
The finale will happen in two period of 15 minutes, time out deducts.
The ice surfacing will be made according to the schedule , which present you to the end of this file.

Arbitration :
Each teams will participate in the arbitration of the tournament according to the schedule which will
be established by the steering committee.
Every teams will have to respect the arbitration order of the schedule to watch the good progress of
the tournament.
Every teams not respecting the arbitration will see itself penalized by the retreat of one point to the
classification.

Maximum number of players by team :
We limit the number of players at 9 + 1 goalie. Thank you for respecting this number so that every
team have a place in alocker room.

Tournament price by team :
The amount of the registration for the tournament is 300.00 € by team. This amount includes the
expenses of organizations of the tournament and the registration will be actual only once the made
paiement, which will have to be joined to this registration form.

Regulation :
The regulations of the international and national federations will be applied. The teams will be
established of more than 18-year-old players having a license FFHG or an international license of
hockey.
The contacts are not authorized.
Any player without license can’t participate at the tournament.

Accommodation :
The accommodation is not included in the tournament, you need to find him.
You can ask at the tourism office of Alpe d'Huez, they can proposed you a various accommodation.

Here the schedule games :

*This schedule can may be modified, any modifications will be communicated to you on time.
Sunday morning will be dedicated to the finale and at the prize giving. A buffet will be offered to
you to enclose this tournament near Noon.

To validate your registration, thank you to return this document and the
300.00€ regulation by check to the order of « Hockey Club Alpe d’Huez ».
The check is to be sent to the address above.
The registration of a team will be actual only (we insist very on that) if the
document are filled at 100%, and that the payment will have been sent to us.
To have your place, do not delay answering because this tournament counts
only 7 teams …
