The Mechanical Engineer under the direction of the Superintendent Mechanical (MH) will be exposed to all
mechanical and operating plant facilities of MWSPC. To ensure that the plant mechanical equipment
provides the accurate and quick real-time measurement data to the control systems to effectively respond
to abnormalities and control operating parameters of the plant in order to comply with the Company’s
strategies and operational priorities (profit, safety, reliability, and environmental requirements). To develop a
thorough understanding of MWSPC’s Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures. The work is
project-orientated and will be working on a number of projects, all at various different stages, at any given
time.
Minimum Education:
BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience and Qualifications:
5-7 years of hands-on experience in the Chemical, Petro-Chemical or Mining industry.
Skills
Good communication and listening skills.
Excellent relationship building skills (internal and external)
Strong work ethic and be able to adhere to company, policies, and standard business etiquette.
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in English required,
Self-starter with minimal supervision for routine activities.

plant commissioning. Supervisors the assigned Mechanical Maintenance section(s) activities at MWSPC to
ensure no harm to personnel and reliable plant operation in line with Business Objectives and a continuous

The Senior System Engineer Responsible for developing, managing and implementing reliability centred
program for the DCS, PLC and other related electronic systems.
The Senior System Engineer will manage the engineering team to including developing a qualified and

budgets in line with the Maintenance strategy, plans and objectives of the Plant.
