The cinematographic board game that generates concepts.

SYNOPSIS

 #Methodology             

Synopsis is a board game
designed to co-construct
within 30 minutes a concept teaser.
It can be used for brainstorming sessions of companies, or in any other
concept search situations.
This game is based on dynamic creativity and a wide range of issues referring to cinematograpic universe. To
provide a scenario for concept helps
to stimulate the imagination.
During the game, words in the deck
will provide thematics of the concept.​






That is also the case for the “Film set”
sheet completed at the beginning of the
game, which
confines the concept
research: it can be adapted as needed.

We have used ourgame to find
a concept competing with
the
concept described in episod 4 season 4 of Black Mirror, entitled «Hang the DJ». In
this episode, characters are
immersed in a breakthrough
virtual reality simulator, measuring the love compatibility.

Our proposal was :

to confirm or not a desire
professional retraining.

We start from the “Art in Prison”
thematic to create Describe.
For ten years, Art is recognised as beneficial for
the few inmates who try it.
Describe is a safe, easy-touse and inexpensive expression tablet connected to a
software: it offers to prisoners
in cells an oppotunity to express themselves through art
ant to share it outwards with
an intimate circle of chosen
and programmed contacts.

There is of course a check
of the message by the prison
administration
before
transmission in way (incoming
and outcoming messages)​
The unavoidable isolation in
imprisonment
structures
brings them into a daily
reflection
about
them​.

Without support, this stade is is
far from obvious and the
distress occurs rashy. This jeopardizes the psychological
pathway must be done in prison.

Give to detainees the ability
to illustrate or just put words
on their interiority and to
share it spontaneously, seems
to us interesting to develop.​

The small preachy object
Mozart in the box is a prototype realised for the connected
objects introduction course.
The box must be put on the
piano and the miniature reacts
when it feels a poor involvement from pianist. It is programmed to blow up when the latter
gives up too fast his ritual play.

The box is equiped with a Arduino
card (#1), two servomotors (#2)
(allowing miniature to be ejected), an ultrasonic detector (#3)
(allowing to detect the presence of pianist) and two
leds (#4) for eyes’ lightening.

The «HONEY» MANUFACTURING
The goal  of Creative iteration  and Systemic representa4 make us think
tion courses was to
about  our creation process and
related mechanisms, in order to
optimize our workflow and have a
better understanding of ourselves.

The creation process of a person is a system which is working
through a synergy of elements
meeting each others. Those

can be internal (ex : meditation) or external (ex : discussion).

The left and right brains are collaborating during the process : the
left hemisphere leads to a coherent result and the right guides
the intuition and makes it creative.

By biomimicry, I have imagined this hive, answering to my
creation criterias, cited below.

The central cocoon represents my comfort zone,
which is the moment I can
be alone to meditate. It is
essential to my hive’s balance.

Like bees, it is cooperation and mutual aid
which permits me to
get a satisfactory work.
Each one can graft his
honey to project  in
progress.

Without foraging, without selecting the best
surrounding sources
of pollen, the honey
won’t be the same quality. It is the same for my
projects.

Nature is surrounding my
hive. I am going there to
take inspiration, and to
inject it to my projects.
Otherwise,  nature allows me to reset my internal tensions.
