1 - Description
This WWFS Remote Control is compliant with all SeaTalk Pilot/ Autopilots:
-

Autohelm ST6000/7000, ST1000, ST2000, ST3000, ST4000,
ST4000/5000, Type 100/300, RayPilot 650

-

Raymarine Sportpilot, Fish Pilot S1000, ST4000+/5000+ AutoPilots,
SmartPilots T150/T400, S1/S2/S3/G, SPX-5/10/30 and new EVO
SeaTalkNG Pilots as well through an optional SeaTalk/SeaTalkNG
adapter.

This lightest hand-held Remote Control is only 35 grammes 62x34x20mm and
can be weared with a detachable lanyard. Very comfortable and easy to use.
Comes with a 150x85x35mm Receiver Waterproof Base to be connected to
the SeaTalk bus that relies the Main Control Unit to the Course Computer,
such as ST30, ST40, ST50, ST60, ST80, ST290... ST70, i40, i50, i60, p70...
- This WWFS Remote Control is conforming the IPx7 standart wich is one
meter water deep during 30 minutes,
- UV resistant,
- Remote Control up to 30 feets,
- Powered by a 3V Lithium battery for a life of more than one year,
- Very easy to synchronize with the Receiver Base at the first power on by
simply pressing Standby during 5 seconds.
- Comes with a detachable lanyard. Can be used on the neck or in the pocket
This WWFS RemoTe Control can be used either alone with the Course
Computer or in addition to an existing SeaTalk Control Unit such as
ST6000/ST7000, RP650, ST6000+/6001+, ST7000+ST7001+, ST6002/7002,
ST8000/8002.
It provides the basic functions Auto/Standby, +10/-10° et +1/-1° but can not
change the calibration parameters such as Level, Rudder... nor launch the
fluxgate compass calibration process.
2 – Installation
Just connect color on color the 3 SeaTalk wires of the Receiver Base to the
wires of the SeaTalk bus :
- red : « +12 volts »
- yellow : « datas »
- screen or green or green/yellow : 0 volt « ground »

connection example to Autohelm Type 1300/00 Course Computer

connection example to a SmartPilot S1, S2 (150) or S3 (400 AST)

connection example to an autopilot ST4000, ST4000+ or ST5000+

connection example to a ST6000+/6001/6002,ST7000+/7001/7002/8001/8002

Nota : the Control Unit ST6000+/6001/6002,ST7000+/7001/7002/8001/8002
must be connected to the Course Computer

3 – Utilisation

By pressing on a touch you will do :
Touch 1 : De-engage the Automatic Pilot mode (Standby)
Touch 2 : 1° Starboard (+1)
Touch 3 : 10° Port (-10)
Touch 4 : 1° Port (-1)
Touch 5 : 10° Starboard (+10)
Touch 6 : Engage the Automatic Pilot mode (Auto)
4 – Packing

- one 6 buttons WWFS Remote Control with a lanyard.
- one Receiver SeaTalk Base with ~one meter cable.
Electrical Specifications:
Receiver Base Power supply : 12 volts, consumption less than 50 mA,
Remote Control is powered by internal Lithium battery 3V type CR2032
To synchronize a Remote Control with a Receiver Base : press 5 seconds on
Touch 1 (Standby).
One Receiver Base can synchronize up to 5 Remote Controls.
