The EPIC Hérault Culture organizes the 1st artist residency of Monumental Sculpture on Marble in Béziers.

This program is open to all French or foreign artists, regardless of age, who are proficient in the oral use of
French and/or English and who hold a light vehicle driving licence valid in France.

assist the artists in residence in the various aspects of their creations in order to contribute to the successful
development of their projects.

and fantastic figures of Mediterranean space : Mythology in its poetic and historical form, combining
daydreaming and imaginary.
Each artist will have to propose an ORIGINAL work on this topic with at least part of polished work, so as to
put forward the color of the marble.
The artists’ residency will take place from May 08th to June 13th 2020, at the Domaine de Bayssan, in
Béziers.
