Weight training program for
women at home
- Beginner level I propose you a weight training program at the
house to get off to a good start.
The objective of this program is for you to
(re)building muscles, and if your diet is suitable
you'll lose body fat.
I propose three sessions per week in full-body (
working all the muscles at each session) that will
evolve over the course of the program.
The idea is that you can quickly get your feet on
the ground, and start to feel better in your body
and mind.
