Digital Marketing Analyst Trainee. The highlights of your position, compensation and
benefits package are as follows:
Job Title: J1 Digital Marketing Analyst Trainee
Reporting Relationship: Alisiya Klochkova Stewart
Start Date: October 26, 2016
Compensation: You will receive a base salary of $33,000 per year, less all applicable
taxes and deductions, currently paid on a monthly pay cycle.
By signing below, you acknowledge your responsibility to read and familiarize yourself
with the provisions of the Employee Package and to abide by the provisions set forth in
the Employee Package.
Employee Benefits: You will not be eligible to participate in the company’s Health
and Dental Plans.

Confidentiality: The terms of this letter are to be kept strictly confidential. Disclosure of
these terms to any other employee or client of inSegment or any company, other than
required for legal, tax or audit purposes are strictly prohibited.
Employment Relationship: Please understand that you, like all other employees, will be
considered an employee at will. This means that either you or the Company may
terminate the relationship at any time with or without cause, and it is understood that
neither party has an obligation to base a decision to terminate the employment
relationship on any reason other than the intent not to continue the relationship.

New Hire Documentation: This offer is contingent upon your signing all required new
hire materials, including a confidentiality/non-solicitation agreement.
inSegment’s offer of employment is conditioned upon your providing employment
eligibility documents which comply with the Immigration Reform and Control Act (I-9).
The approved list of acceptable documents for establishing proof of employment
eligibility are listed on the form which will be provided to you. inSegment will also use
an electronic system established by the federal government (E-Verify) to verify the

party (including, but not limited to, any non-compete, non—solicitation agreement with
any former employer) has or will occur by virtue of your acceptance of this offer of
employment or your performing services for this Company.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, your employment is also subject to the following terms:
As a J1 Trainee will also be eligible for 10 days vacation per 12-month training cycle.
Vacation days are on accrual method on an end-of-the-month accrual cycle.
