Base of Crown (make 2)
First, you’ll create the felt shapes. We’ll begin by making 2
felt shapes from the following template, to create a sturdy
crown.
Using yellow felt, trace or cut-out each shape from the
templates on the right:

You’ll now begin forming the crown.
Next, gently bring each corner of the band together,
layer the “Tab” behind the opposite side of crown, sew
together in place, fasten off, weave in end.

Decorating the Crown
Be creative! I like to use rhinestones to decorate the points
of the crown. You may also use buttons, felt, glitter, fabric
paint, beads, stitching, and more.
Using the photo on page 1 as your guide, glue
rhinestones (or alternative decorations) onto felt crown,
allow 15-20 minutes to dry.
Once dry, place crown on head.
If you wish, you may glue or sew the crown in place or
simply use it as a removable accessory.
