Our mission
The elected representatives to the
Social and Economic Committee
(Comité Social et Economique in
French or CSE).
The new representative body born from
the Macron reforms, the CSE covers the
missions of the Committee of Enterprise,
the Staff Delegates and the CHSCT.
Your elected representatives will ensure
that your collective and individual
interests are considered. It concerns:
➢ The organization and strategy of the
company, and their impact on
employment
➢ Your working conditions
➢ Your earnings
➢ Training
➢ Professional equality ...
They will also be responsible for managing
social and cultural activities.
The representatives of the CSE represent
you at the Direction. They ensure the
respect of the signed agreements, defend
you, accompany you and support you.

consult to consider your requests in the
development of proposals and actions to
be completed
F use together: Help you, accompany
you, inform you in a transparent way
D iscuss: Negotiate and sign the best
possible agreements in your favor.

Our project for social, sport and
cultural activities
Maintain existing activities and develop new
ones within the CSE:
➢ Offers for vacations allowing you to freely
choose these stays on the internet including
short stays,
➢ Prioritize trips that will benefit the widest
audience
➢ More varied, more diversified
entertainment offer, while increasing the
basket of ticket office, including cinema.
➢ Better promote these services
➢ Give you more freedom and flexibility on
your holiday and leisure choices
➢ Establish rules: simple, transparent and
equitable to access benefits
➢ Energize and promote collective and family
activities

The new rules
for the elections of CSE Grenoble
For these elections to Social-Economic Committee of Schneider Electric Industries
/ Schneider Electric France Grenoble, the CFDT:
- Respects scrupulously the legislation on gender balance and alternation at
the beginning of the list and on all the lists that we present,
- And nominates 58 candidates to the lists of first members and deputies for all
the 3 boards, without any duplicates.
The legal rules for electoral lists to the
Social-Economic Committee (CSE) of
SEI /SEF Grenoble:
29 candidates for members + 29 deputy
candidates to the 3 boards of CSE.

3 members (1 woman, 2 men)
3 deputies (1 woman, 2 men)

2 board:
8 members (3 women 5 men),
8 deputies (3 women 5 men),

3 board:
18 members (4 women, 14 men)
18 deputies (4 women, 14 men)
The electoral lists must scrupulously
respect these rules of proportionality and
alternation. The lists must show the exact
percentage of women and men
corresponding to the percentage of
women and men in each board.
The non-compliant lists to be invalidated
after the elections. This would lead to the
candidates ''not legally elected'' being
removed from the office without being
replaced.

The CFDT nominates more than 53%
of new candidates.
They are involved on a voluntary basis
in the life of civil society or in the
community life. They associate
themselves with the human and
social values.
Our candidates will bring a new
breath in the management of Social
and Cultural Activities and in support
and protection of the employees of
the company.

The CFDT does not only
claim, it really acts in
accordance with the laws and
the Woman/Man equality!
